Shipping policy
How fast are orders processed?
We typically ship orders 24-48 hours after orders have been received. Orders placed on the weekend or during a holiday will be processed and shipped out the following week. We will do our best to process and ship 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver orders the same business day.
How do you ship?
We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx (United States only) using the following shipping options:
- USPS
- UPS Ground
- UPS SurePost
- 3 Day Select®
- 2nd Day Air®
- Next Day Air Saver®
International orders ship via DHL Express or DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct. Taxes and duties are collected at the time of sale.
Orders qualifying for free shipping promotions (excludes wholesale orders) will be shipped USPS. Orders shipped to a Post Office Box will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS SurePost. For other available options, please call us at 1-866-267-6787. International orders will be shipped DHL and are excluded from free shipping offers.
While UPS SurePost is an available shipping method for any order, we may, at our discretion, change to another service such as UPS Ground at no additional cost to you in order to provide faster service.
